Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. For young children, I also offer 30-minute sessions if we determine that a shorter duration better suits your child’s engagement level and needs.

Since 2020, I've witnessed how telehealth can transform therapy for young clients. Many children feel more relaxed and open when supported in their own spaces, leading to more meaningful therapeutic connections.
Curious if virtual therapy could help your child? Schedule a free 15-minute consultation where I can assess if telehealth is a good fit for your child's needs.

I am an out-of-network provider. I send out monthly “superbills” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, which can help lower the cost of therapy. I can also accept payment from Health Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts.
I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to request more information:
What are my benefits for out-of-network mental health therapy services?
How much will insurance reimburse me for therapy services? (CPT code 90837 for individual therapy)
Do I have a deductible, and if so, what is it?
Do I need preauthorization to see an out-of-network therapist?
What documentation will I need to submit for reimbursement?
Is there a limit on the number of therapy sessions covered per year?
If there is no reimbursement, can I set up a “single-case agreement”?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late fee. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the full session fee will be charged. Please reach out to me for an exception if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. I will wait in our session for 15 minutes.

As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I'm committed to educating myself on relevant terminology and issues so we can spend more time in session focused on what matters to you. My approach supports and respects the identities, experiences, and unique needs across the gender and sexuality spectrum.
In my practice, affirming care means trusting in your ability to know and discover what is true for you beyond labels. Rather than providing predetermined confirmation or direction, I encourage you to trust your inner experience as your compass for authentic self-discovery and personal growth.
